Betx Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1 Acceptance & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of betx form a legal agreement between the betx.cash platform ("betx" or "Platform") and its users ("you" or "Member"). By accessing betx or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use betx's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legal in the country or region where you reside.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Your account has not been previously closed by betx.
• You are not betting under compulsion due to mental health issues or financial distress.

2 Account Registration

A valid account is required to access betx services. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

• Each individual may only register one account on betx.
• The name, address, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to betx Support immediately.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Betx may request additional documents for verification at any time. Failure to provide the required information may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Betx is a responsible gaming platform. We are firmly committed to protecting minors from betting, which is why KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory on betx.

One of the following documents must be provided for KYC verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back copies.
• First page of a valid passport.
• Driving licence.

You may also be required to provide proof of address and proof of ownership of your payment method prior to withdrawal. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Betting Rules

Please familiarise yourself with the following rules before placing any bets on betx. These rules apply to all types of betting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — not even due to internet disconnection or any other reason.
• The odds displayed by betx are final. betx reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, there may be a slight time delay between the video stream and the actual event.
• The minimum bet amount is shown next to each event.
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by your account level and the type of event.

If betx detects unusual activity in a user's betting patterns, it reserves the right to reduce that account's betting limits or place it under review.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on betx are simple, fast, and secure. That said, the following transaction terms must be followed.

Deposit Terms:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name can be used on betx.
• Depositing using someone else's Mobile Pay, Nagad, or bank account may result in the funds being forfeited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.

Withdrawal Terms:

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same wherever possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Betx reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals that are under investigation for suspicious activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Betx regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — the same person cannot claim a bonus through multiple accounts or payment methods.
• Bonus funds must meet specific wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit — the bonus will be forfeited if the deadline is missed.
• Betx reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If betx suspects bonus abuse or manipulation, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

7 Responsible Gaming

Betx believes betting is for entertainment — not addiction. That's why responsible gaming tools are available to all users on betx, free of charge.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given period.
• Session Limits: Set a time limit for how long you want to bet in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: betx will periodically remind you how long you have been playing.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betx. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Opening multiple accounts or operating an account under a false identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Attempting to profit through arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the betx platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a game.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Betx may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms.
• Failure to verify information.
• Suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns.
• Regulatory order or legal obligation.

If you wish to close your account, contact betx support by email. You may withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

10 Intellectual Property

Betx's logos, designs, software, content, and trademarks are the exclusive property of betx. Using, reproducing, or distributing them without prior written permission from betx is strictly prohibited.

• Betx content may be viewed for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering any part of the betx website or app is strictly prohibited.
• Spreading misleading information using the betx name or brand will carry legal consequences.

11 Limitation of Liability

While betx strives to deliver the best possible service, there are limits to its liability in certain situations:

• Betx is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Betx is not liable for transaction delays caused by issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Betx may suspend its services during force majeure events, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Betx's total liability for any incident shall not exceed the value of the transaction involved.

12 Privacy Policy

• KYC and transaction data may only be shared with authorities when required by law.

13 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between betx and a user must first be referred to betx Support for resolution.

• Betx will respond to complaints within 7 business days.
• If the issue remains unresolved through support, you may escalate your complaint to betx's licensing authority.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of betx's licensing jurisdiction.

14 Changes to Terms

Betx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Betx will update the date on this page accordingly.
• For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or an app notification.
• Continued use of betx after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
